Father Jon Magoulias, of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Modesto, CA, has written a tremendous guide to etiquette while in God’s house.  This reverent piece of guidance may be received a the Annunciation website, after clicking on the far right title, “A Guide to Church Etiquette.”
